Meet The Team

I am here to assist patients with all their scheduling needs, in addition to helping with insurance claims, answering insurance questions, and maintaining Dr. Mayberry’s schedule. My job allows me the vantage of seeing our adolescent patients grow into young adults with beautiful smiles and the confidence to match. It’s also great to get to know our adult patients and build relationships with them. Dr. Mayberry and our team are so kind, caring, and compassionate with every patient! Plus, they make work fun!

I enjoy spending time with my partner of ten years, along with our new puppy Penny! I enjoy nature, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. My passion sport is competitive cheer and gymnastics—I’ve been involved with All-Star, High school and Collegiate Cheer for 16+ years.

As Treatment Coordinator, I assist Dr. Mayberry with the initial consultation by verifying insurance benefits, meeting with Patients and their families to discuss any orthodontic treatment needed.  I help families understand the treatment options, financial options and explain what the treatment process is like.  I am dedicated to helping patients achieve their ideal smiles through our expert care, and innovative techniques.  

The best part of my job is witnessing the progress of orthodontic treatment and seeing the hard work pay off as patients undergo the remarkable transformation to a beautiful new smile!

When I am not helping patients, I love spending time outdoors, cooking, walking and shopping!  I live in Bethel Park with my husband Mark and two daughters.  I love spending time with my family as well when I am not working!

As a clinical assistant, I assist Dr. Mayberry in placing appliances, ordering supplies, and much more. The best part of my day is seeing the kid's and adults’ faces light up when the braces finally come off! Mayberry Orthodontics is an awesome place to work. I love the positive attitude of my team and Dr. Mayberry. It makes for a great day!

My family consists of my fiancé Mike and daughter Savannah, as well as dogs Sushi and T-Bone. I have a large family that I love with all my heart. My daughter was born with CHD, so I try to donate and do community activities to support children and adults with CHD.

As an orthodontic assistant, my responsibilities include putting braces on, as well as taking braces off. All through our patients’ treatment, I adjust wires, put on ties, and explain the proper procedures for the care of their braces to the patient and parents. I also help in making invisible retainers when necessary. My favorite part of my job is putting on braces and seeing how much progression happens with each visit. I also love the people I work with. We enjoy working hard and making a happy work environment!

My family is the most important thing to me. My husband Kyle, and my son Oliver. When I’m not spending time with my family, I enjoy going to concerts, watching TV, and relaxing.

As an orthodontic assistant my duties include, helping Dr. Mayberry with placing and removing braces, as well as changing wires throughout patients’ treatment.  I started working in the dental field in 2017 with general dentistry and have since transitioned to the orthodontic field.  My favorite part of the job is educating patients and making them excited about the process of braces, especially ensuring great dental hygiene!  My team has given me the nickname “The Scan Man” due to my love for digital impressions.

During my off time I enjoy running, reading, eating vegan cuisine, watching reality competition shows and the musical styling of Taylor Swift.  The greatest joy in my life my beagle fur child Flurrie!

As an orthodontic assistant some of my duties are taking patient photos before and after treatment, placing and removing braces, and making retainers. I have worked in the dental field for 21 years as a dental assistant, treatment plan coordinator, and office manager in general dentistry. I graduated from an Expanded Function Dental Assistant program where I developed interest in orthodontics during my specialty externship. My favorite part about being an orthodontic assistant is seeing the reaction of our patients once they get their braces removed and seeing the difference in the before and after treatment. 

I share a lovely home with another cool and awesome dentist, my significant other who goes by Dr Dan and our sweet orange cat named Waffles. I love spending time with them at home, watching movies and our favorite shows, and hosting family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, spinning classes, arts and crafts, and occasionally hitting some golf balls at the driving range. 

As the financial coordinator I work one on one with our patients and parents regarding their finances, as well as many other duties that go with helping run a busy orthodontic practice.  I have worked in the dental profession for over 30 years.  I am a graduate of WVA Career College in dental assisting and office management.  I am a certified expanded function dental assistant by training. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children, grandchildren and enjoy making homemade crafts.  I also enjoy cheering on our local and professional sports teams!  My other passion is spending time outdoors, especially in my garden!
